If it's not his bail, then why put this info out as if it is...? So you have his true bail amount?

I don't know enough about it to really answer this question. I know that he hasn't had a hearing yet on the murder charges, just the weapons.

Where are the brehs from the law firm of Breh, Breh & Associates?

Yep, hence why drake krit sean kenerick wale and cole get my support. Old wiz too... and and mick jenkins.

I can only listen to the rest when im partying. Very little value beyond beats for most artists.

After what just happened today, I'm officially done with all this shyt! I've been making excuses for a long time and trying to understand it as art, fantasy, storytelling, wtf ever. But, in reality it's nothing but us rejoicing in bringing us down. fukk it, the beats might be good and the lyrics on point, but if it's another cat talking about shyt that fukks up his neighborhood, I can't be supporting that shyt anymore.

I love seeing my people break out the matrix. This post legit makes me happy. you're gonna be called a "c00n" and a "phaggot" for this post, but u are speaking the absolute truth. Keep spreading the word to others whether here or in real life. We have to break free of ignorance.

I generally like more thoughtful, uplifting music - my favorite recent records are Kendrick, Lupe, Killer Mike (RTJ2), etc. But I like the ratchet/ignorant stuff once in a while, too.

I'm not really down with policing what artists create, but I agree that the ignorant stuff shouldn't necessarily be the primary music on the radio/club. And it's getting to the point where it isn't. The biggest young rappers right now, for the most part, either have something substantial to say, or have legitimate creativity that doesn't necessarily praise violence. Meanwhile, a lot of the violent music seems to be falling off a lot more quickly. I think it'll continue to fall off as people continue to see the systemic killing/oppression of black people by structures like the police (and things like the Charleston shooting, although hopefully that doesn't happen again anytime soon). I really think a lot of these instances are bringing black people together and enforcing more self-love.

Misogyny is something that the music - and society as a whole - has an ongoing problem with. And I'm not sure how that can really be changed so long into the game. Although I think the backlash behind Rick Ross' rape line was pretty encouraging for that. I think this is a transitional time in a lot of ways, and can be a turning point with how black people see themselves once we get to the other side. But I don't generally have a problem with clubbing/fun songs. Mindless fun/escapism is something that everyone deserves to enjoy.

i think that besides the destruction current popular rap has caused within own community, our image as black people have suffered tremendously because of it on a global scale.

I'm starting to think that rap/hip hop in its current form and reality TV is the modern form of black face with blacks participating for fame/fortune. For those of you who don't know much a about blackface I've attached a link. It's deeply embedded in american culture, so I feel like these entertainers are hired to promote a certain image / lifestyle to the masses.

Seriously, there's a scene on that show black ink crew (the whole show was c00nery at its finest) where two dudes come to blows over chicken wings. I'm sure that's not what they were fighting over, but the commercial made sure to show the chicken bone slowly falling to the ground! :mindblown: Imo These rappers/ celebs are being paid to perpetuate stereotypes and help criminalize black people.

"Stereotypes embodied in the stock characters of blackface minstrels not only played a significant role in cementing and proliferating racist images, attitudes, and perceptions worldwide, but also in popularizing black culture.[6] In some quarters, the caricatures that were the legacy of blackface persist to the present day and are a cause of ongoing controversy. Another view is that "blackface is a form of cross-dressing in which one puts on the insignias of a sex, class, or race that stands in binary opposition to one's own."[7]

it ain't about killing blacks but i cannot say enough that the fetty wrap "trap queen" song is just :snoop: and the video is just a straight up minstrel show.

we all know there were the oochie wallies back in the day but man today its just over the top. the video is just embarrassing to look at. especially when they show it early in the morning.
