You said Africa, you didn't specify a particular area. And even if you did... to be honest, whether you pick national, regional, or even local, the presence simply isn't much.
You might (and I emphasize might) find a presence at the local level in very specific countries (Ghana and South Africa, maybe) but over all, it's not noticeable.
Even your Accra example, 3,000 expats and 10,000 visitors in a city of 2+ million isn't much.
If you want to argue that the AA presence is growing, that's def fair to make. I think it will. But all over Africa today? Local, national, or regional? That's just not the case.
