Tariq Nasheed and his white family members can live in the lap of luxury for the rest of their lives just based off the donations from the dozens of illegitimate children he has running around here :mjlol:

Got a white person sleeping in his house every night and telling y’all about the ethics of being pro-black :mjlol:

Threads like these really show people's perception towards Africa. If a person from France does something, the title will be "French rapper....", and not European rapper, or even western european rapper, and people will actually debate on which parts/people of Europe/France are not "all bad" or like that.Same with a personality from china, india, singapore etc. Asian will not be used.

But let a Senegalese/Nigerian/Ghanaian personality do something negative, people will not even consider saying "West African", even if they don't care which country the person comes from. This is talking about the 2nd largest continent in the world, with like 800 languages and twice America's population. All these years later and its still the dark continent, regardless of the information out about it.

I wish a slow agonising death upon anyone that confuses a continent with a country..

Such an insightful post! Don't lump all Africans together! Brilliant!

Instead lump all Nigerians together! They all speak the same language! They are all named Ikey!

They all make songs singing stay away from d akataaaaaaaas! :blessed:

Where did I lump all Nigerians together? I specifically said, "if he is Nigerian, say he's Nigerian".

You must be Nigerian:skip:

So you are ok with generalizing as long as you are not a part of the group being generalized?

Got it.

How about this. You a p*ssy and a hoe ass nikka.

I won't lump in your parents because I don't know them.

That's how not too generalize, p*ssy.

Lol @ this fat fukking midget trying to talk tough:mjlol: you still party with cacs, you corny loser

You seem to not understand what "generalizing" means. First site that comes up when you google "akata meaning" is naijalingo.com:skip: "The Nigerian Pidigin English dictionary made for you by you!":skip: Created by "Adim Ofunne ( @adim86 ) and Obilo Nwokogba ( @obistudio ). A couple of Naija boys that enjoy speaking pidgin and take it a little too seriously." :skip:

Like I said Akata aint got shyt to do with other Africans. Straight outta Nigeria used by Nigerians.

Its becoming to the point that if Nigerians don't address their inherent anti-ADOS views then we just gonna give some of yall want yall want and just cut complete ties. Yall choice...:yeshrug:

The question is where does it come from. Remember, if you are thousands of miles away, especially pre-internet. Your views of African Americans would come from the media.

So the same media that makes Becky from Iowa scared of African Americans (remember she doesn't live around any),, that same content is exported and a generalization formed

Black people don't own media companies

Back seat of a Caddy
Starving belly raps would have hit harder

:unimpressed:

But we eating now :ohlawd:

Out of your plate :krs:

Leech raps. Hip hop parasite.

Man allot of yall are overreacting lol

This song isn't shytting on Black Americans, he's chastising his family by calling out their Anti-Black American views

He's making a mockery of it

And as an African myself, I'm not here to defend Anti-Black American, Africans

I actually have some of those people in my own family

but stop overreacting yall and actually listen to the intent of the song

on a side note : this song is lowkey fire

It highlights what so many immigrants will deny how their parents raise them with inherit bias towards us. That’s why there’s the big push for Black Americans to self identify... the tribalism that’s imported over here and the incessant denial and down playing of it when it’s called out. Not you of course but you got nikkas in here deflecting talking about jews like cacs bringing up black on black crime when discussing police brutality. You even got a Afric00n in here agreeing with dudes moms.

I knew there was more to it by actually listening to the verse.
Basically, son tricked y'all into listening to his joint on some Joyner Lucas fake controversy shyt

EdJTASiXsAAJpUd
This isn’t directed at you. Just replying cuz you have his statement in your post. I’m speaking generally

I actually beleive he was on some satire trying to teach a lesson stuff. I beleive him. But satire is your humor that might not go well with others, just like how y’all mentioned Joyner Lucas..But that also points to where the cultural gap between us is still so different to where his understanding of appropriate satire still was offensive to AA.

The same as if I tried to make some satire on how Nigerians May be perceived by AA. Even if I moved there, I don’t have the same concept of Nigerian culture to make a satire which may possibly be deemed offensive to them. Good on him if he really had good intentions. And he has absolutely every right to express himself as he pleases. I do beleive him But you can’t blame AA for not liking his satire, when if the reverse, all Nigerians wouldn’t want a video where mf in a hut or some dumb ass shyt in comparison to the thug and big booty shaking used as satire for us in his video. Again I believe him, but if roles were reversed I would definitely understand if Africans thought a satire used to put a positive light on them was done distastefully.
