If you take from Africa with no interest with building in Africa then Africa is reverse colonized by AA's who no doubt would reap the benefits whilst in America imposing political controls on a region which they know little about. Much like the Europeans did before them.In what way?
Most american black nationalist and integrationist groups hate or don't care about Africa. Pan-Africans are the only ones who want a collective of blacks in the dispora to be working together. Nationalist only care about the issues they face in their country and that country only.
