She was never gonna let Vince do anything with Owen's name again, that was always her beef.

Bret and the Harts understood but still fell out with her because they didn't agree on completely wiping away Owen's memory just to maintain a grudge with Vince. Hopefully doing this with AEW is a compromise that brings them all back together.

I'm glad to see Owen's wife get some closure and warm up to the wrestling industry again.

Yeah he was a great wrestler, good to see his wrestling legacy continue in a sense but in a way his wife is cool with considering her issues with WWE, It supports the foundation which helps others too which am sure Owen would have been happy about, win-win really.

Genuinely unbelievable. AEW doing good work out here, and it's good to see Owen honored in a top level American promotion with Martha and her family's blessing.

I would love it if this opened the door for a reconciliation between Bret and Martha.

This is so dope. I hope Bret comes through to AEW to help. I hope the bridge between Bret & Martha is put back together too. Their fallout seems like it could've easily been prevented.

It was 22 years ago and the company almost had nothing to do with it. The name "The Owen" is actually really cool though. Makes it sound very prestigious.

Considering most of the time WWE brings in legends, they just try and humiliate them, it's nice to see AEW step up and honor the history of business without Vince's petty weird shyt.
