I would give him some ultimatums and tell him things are going to go the way I tell you they are going to go or you can quit before you fire him.
After all that he might just say fukk it and quit.
- Lengthy suspension and/or massive fine
- Strip him of the AEW Championship
- Required counseling and anger management
- Tell him your contract isn't going to be renewed, we're going to start phasing you out of the main event picture (he's about to turn 44 so let's be honest here he is on borrowed time anyways), and you have to start putting over young talent both in the ring and on the mic if you want to continue to be on the payroll
- Have to script out your promos and have them approved in advance so no shooting allowed
He still has a lot of value to the company so I wouldn't fire him unless you feel it's the only way to save the company from going into complete disarray. But he's abused the long leash he has been given, so it's time to crack down. If he doesn't like it then fukk him.
This is the dumbest post ever. Have you ever held a job?
