I don't know why Big Swoll named herself that. She isn't bigger or significantly more muscular than any of the other women. It would be different if she sold up her strength advantage by having a lot of powerful moves in her moveset, but she doesn't. Taz was a small guy, but he sold me on how powerful he was by having a lot of suplexes in his moveset.

Agreed on the Big Swole thing. I guess they ended up signing her, but she should definitely just rock with a regular name. I guess her real name is Aerial Monroe, which is 100x better.
Big Swole just seems really indie/jobbery if you don't look the part.
...and yeah, the chicks they fed to Nyla Rose were dumb thick.
Something about that match was off-putting to me though. Just a weird, awkward vibe the whole time I watched it and the longer it went on, the more uncomfortable it got. Can't quite place my finger on it.

Also think I finally figured out Britt Baker. She's built like Alicia Fox & Billie Kay, got some long ass lanky legs so she moves around like a deer learning how to walk.
AEW having like 6 announcers & doing guest announcers on Dark every week is hilarious. Dustin just out there saying stuff this week & Excalibur seemed to pretty happy about getting to work with him.

But like... Billie it 5'8, Alicia was like, 5'9... Britt out here all of 5'5. Ain't not reason she should be so physically awkward, except that she just... is. She's not who AEW needs to be trying to market themselves around, but they ain't got that yet. Riho all of 82 lbs. and Britt is over here thinking about impacted molars and chipped bicuspids instead of throwing superkicks and leaning in to the fact that... you're a fukking dentist. Be a heel. Make people hate you like you're supposed to.
AEW's women's division is trash. Like, bottom tier. ROH's women's division is better, nevermind Impact, and it's not even close to Raw/Smackdown or NXT. It's the weak link that they devote so much time to that it's actively counterproductive. Don't over-feature it until Kong is ready to javelin Riho onto Mars to meet Dr. Manhattan and let Kong and Brandi sit atop the division until you can make a signing big enough to upset the status quo. Right now, their women's division just undermines the whole show. Cody out here CTEing himself for old fashioned wrestling pathos, then you have a middle school built bytch rolling up her mustachioed female trainer? Nah. Nahnah.

that explains ALOT. she has some name notoriety, so she gets airtime. it also explains why she gets a nice quick pop from the crowd when she comes out. LOL. cuz ive been watching her matches like "I see that she has the showmanship aspect down pact but its gotta be more to this".
