Like I said in the previous post, if she didn't know enough about dude to know he had a record, then she shouldn't have him around her some, let alone watching him for ANY period of time. And time period really doesn't matter because if this didn't happen in a split second but rather over hours then she's even shyttier for leaving him that long.
