We dont know what she knew, or what she didnt know about this man, and unless it can be proven that she showed extreme negligence, I think ya'll need to back the fck up. Lack of family structure.
No excuse for the situation....but this doesn't happen as often if booth parents are about career...get married....and have kids in 30s. Child was a secret love child from a white chick from South Dakota that had a dude(Asian dude) that she was f**king all at the same damn time while AD was engaged to his daughter's baby momma. Well, I sure you can pretty much guess what happened from there. Chick didn't know who the father was and told the other dude that it was his.... dude finds out it's not his.... dude beats the child into coma.....
