By your logic...if they are descendants of atleast 1 slave...then they are a descendant and therefore entitled, I don't agree.

With white people on some "my great great grandmother told me the story about how one of our ancestors was black and married our great great uncle...it was a story passed down...so that should still count" on some Elizabeth Warren "see my high cheekbones" shyt ...if you tried to make that a census issue, they'd take that shyt to SCOTUS.

I’m lucky that my peoples never participated in the Great Migration so that’s always made it easy for me to track my history. I can trace both sides of my family back to slavery. It’s especially easier on my pops side. My last name is huge in this state

Cool disagree.
That said its counter productive to start with nonsense designations of oh my family both sides were slaves so im a gold star or other nonsense. Everyone proves they have a direct ancestor who was a slave and let that be it.
You get into the nonsense some of you are getting into, this movement will never get off the ground, because folks will.start clamoring more for the power from whites to designate, than for whites to give us recompense

Nope. It's pretty cut and dry. Either you're primarily descendants of AA slaves or you're not.
This "cut the check first and we'll figure out the rest later" is likely to lead to a worse situation.

Go down south and see how diverse we are in terms of looks/features/complexion - even today.
And I don't get your other part. Most immigrants were not in the South. Some were but not a large amount.
Take for instance- the hot topic Candance Owens- her family were immigrants and moved to the South.

Black ADOS should have to not pay personal federal taxes and should not have to pay business taxes for ADOS owned majority owned companies.
We should also be elegible for low interest rate federally back loans in education and through SBA.
We should also not have any federal taxes or state taxes levied on inheritance that we pass down to our children.
Black owned banks should be allowed to be started outside of the Fed banking system as well.
Those are the reparations I would like to see, they push economic growth, more so than a check that whites could write off with their bullshyt printing presses.
