Every team in the league is shooting 50 percent or better from 2

Attack the basket. Use the glass. Get FTs.

Hope they miss. And thats what people miss. Teams have to play this way to keep up. There is no rule that you can implement to change that...outside of getting rid of the zone. That allows teams that don't have shooting to capitilize on other advantages (size, athleticism) without needing shooting and it forces shooters to have to strap up on defense rather than being hidden. Its literally the only realistic solution...anything else is outlandish and never gonna happen or just window dressing.
