There is no way in the world he doesn't have all the info one could want at his disposal. This is the same dude that didnt' hesitate to speak on Trayvon, Garner, or Sterling. I think people have it backwards. The fact that it is in his city is most likely what is making him take the soft route. It's much easier to speak on shyt from afar when the people and entities involved aren't right there in your face everyday. Wouldn't be surprised if local officials got in his ear and told him to fall back on this one. The shyt is too see-through.
:wow:

is the case even eligible for an appeal?

thats the thing, it isnt. im pretty sure that the only thing that can happen is a federal probe

A No True Bill (refusal to indict) doesn't implicate double jeopardy. Double Jeopardy is only an issue after an actual judgement on the merits of a case. The State could try again if they wanted.

now that im thinking about it, he really could sit out one game if he wanted to tho :patrice:

he does it for the fukk of it, for rest. he could make a statement like 'im sitting out one game to protest because this was bullshyt'. thatd get a ton of attention/not really fukk with his season like that. would be national news, cleveland government would be like

I think it's disrespectful and unfair to expect a 31 year old Lebron who nearing the end of his prime to sit out games when he chasing all these records and championships before he retire.

Why don't you sit out days at work? Instead of trying to put public pressure on Lebron for something that he don't control. He's not on that grand jury. If he did sit out they still won't bring charges on that police officer who murdered Tamir Rice. All that would happen would be a negative narrative from the same nikkas in here who hate Lebron trying to disguise their hate as pro black. Once, the Cavs start losing they be making threads talking about how selfish Lebron is.

But many of the activist asking are doing. Did you know that?

I'm tired of this always being the fallback cats reach for .

Not talking about the activists in particular. It's the mufukkaz you know damn well wouldn't do that shyt. Same nikkaz with bible scripture memes in one breath and talking about the ratchet shyt they doing/did in the next.

My thing is why single out Bron? If they singled out Cleveland sports teams I would be a little more receptive.
All in all at this point we have to realize just protesting will get us nowhere...dog chasing tail status

This. But at the same time, the reason why Bron was singled out is obvious. He's Bron. He's the one that brings all the attention to that team and that area. He brings a lot of attention period, so these activists know if he does something, a large part of the nation will notice.

My thing is, I haven't seen anything from Bron that makes me believe he would be the athlete to lend an ear to this type of thing. Turns out Wade organized the Trayvon photo and that's the biggest thing I think cats were giving him credit for. Bron also made that unnecessary comment about his sons taking toy guns outside, directly talking about this case and not in favor of Tamir or his fam. Cats are barking up the wrong tree taking this to Bron.

Ultimately you can never demand someone to do something you won't do. You can't place all risk and responsibility on LeBron James shoulders. He doesn't have the kind of power to compel what they are trying to do. If the entire Cavs team forfeited games and that economic impact doesn't reach downtown Cleveland at all? Now we're talking. When the Missouri black players threatened not to play, Missouri football was placed at risk of being kicked out of the SEC and probable cancelled games. When one person organized that hunger strike at missouri, the powers that be said fukk his hunger. One of two things must happen to achieve their objectives. Behind door #1 is viewing this as a local issue, working with those IN Ohio, and recruiting the right candidates to run for mayor, city council, prosecutor. Then you would get Lebron James to throw his name behind those candidates. Hard work. Ground work. Takes time. Behind door #2 would be to appeal to the man black america dares not criticize that's in the white house, and hold his feet to the fire to answer questions, and do more than create task forces.
