Black women and Black gays are the most docile and least threatening to whites which is why in white corporate america they're hired and advanced.

Whites know they don't seek power and will be good "managers" of other Blacks.

So even as an immigrant that's not used to taking racial abuse from whites like native born Black Americans she's an isolated incident.

Because even in segregation and slavery days Black men regularly got lynched and their friends and family took it. Black women regularly got raped by whites and Black people let it slide.

So it's not the beginning of anything. There's a weakness in the Black American community that's permanent due to centuries of conditioning.

Which is actually similar to what exists in South Africa which is even more pathetic since they're ~80% of the population there.
