I really can't stand listening to budden or his pod

I can't listen to that dude for too long either but it's all basically in the first 5 minutes. He basically broke down the whole situation with him and Wu at Rock the Bells where Rae and em punched him in the face. He admitted he was wrong and he also states that there are some rap n!ggas you don't wanna mess with in hip hop and Ghost/Wu are some of them. He also said he's glad that it's not him having to deal with the Wu drama this time.

3. Ghostface is NOT a "legacy act." He still averages one new album a year, and just a few years ago, he toured for 12 Reasons To Die, performing basically the whole album in concert, with a live band. He doesn't just coast off 20 year old songs.

tag me when you reference my posts.

just because youre still making music, it doesnt mean youre not a legacy act. sure hes dropping albums. this is his profession. but the people buying these new records are mostly diehards buying it off he strength of stuff he did 15-22 years ago.

It just ended up being free publicity for ghost. I typed his name into Google yesterday and it was nothing but a sea of hits talking about and showing the video.

Brehs GFK has to drop that SC2 or at least a taste, a single, something off this exposure

:feedme:

I'll be real I'm just fiending - the concept joints he's been doing are fine and all but its been so long since we got a concentrated dose of the pure shyt from Ghost. That video has the authentic flavor and its got me straight up itching

Let's stick to the truth:

1. Action was out of his line for his comment and should not have deleted his first Twitter apology.

2. Ghostface's reaction was over the top, but hilarious, and understandable, and made for a classic video.

3. Ghostface is NOT a "legacy act." He still averages one new album a year, and just a few years ago, he toured for 12 Reasons To Die, performing basically the whole album in concert, with a live band. He doesn't just coast off 20 year old songs.

3. Yes, Ghostface is not as good as he once was. BUT he's still dope, and is arguably as good, or better, than current Bronson.

4. Action's voice sounds like Ghostface's did in the 90's, but it's his actual voice, and there's nothing he can do about it. Also, Action and Ghost have different styles, personas, vocabularies and references. I don't see how a real hip hop head could confuse them.

5. This beef will have no effect on Action Bronson's career. First of all, beef rarely, if ever, affects rappers' careers. Ja Rule's career died because he oversaturated the market with shytty love songs, not because of 50 Cent. If beef affected rappers' careers, Canibus would ended LL Cool J's. Second, Action has apologized several times since Ghost put up the video, and has consistently given Ghost praise, aside from his one arrogant comment. This board has a fiery hatred of white rappers, and white people in general. Everyone shytting on Action now was shytting on him before. This beef gave the people who always hated Action some ammo, but he's not losing any real fans.

ima have to disagree with you here. ja rulea career DID die because of 50 cent. at the time he was releasing those girl songs, that shyt was working. it wasnt until 50 came from a whole different parralell that people realized theyd rather hear what 50 was on than the soft singy shyt ja rule was on, which i repeat up until 50 exposed him no one had a problem with.
