@David_TheMan Is right, big G is Mikey's trainer, Robert is like his main 2nd. Broner needs to be 100% on point. Those are 150+ bags that Mikey is moving with arm punches. Y'all saying that Mikey KO is far fetched......double left hook upstairs/downstairs. One of Mikey's favorite combos.

What would mikey sparring partners know unless they fought Broner, the only one that did that was Maidana and he said Broner is strong as hell and was his toughest most psychially taxing fight.
Yall gonna learn though, keep boosting these sparring stories up, Broner sparred Spence, fought Maidana, fought Porter, fought psysically stronger and in Spence's case sparred guys who are just as sharp punchers but more powerful than MIkey. If mikey thinks he is going to walk down and pressure Broner, he is going to get KO'd.
HIs best bet is to use his speed and throw the jab and hit the guard of Broner and turn or pull out completely while Broner is still in his shell and rinse and repeat. When Broner attempts to press counter him, because he will leave himself open and then tie up. Fight for the decision and use his boxing IQ.

Mikey never been that type of fIghter to walk another fighter down thi, I think it's more us acknowledging that he does have the power to end it at any given moment
I'm not boosting up sparring stories. It's sparring, same as the AMs basically.
I think Mikey will box for the points decision, and the KO will come. As almost all boxer punchers do.
What fight have you seen Mikey try to walk someone down in? Legit question.
I'm not the one saying Mikey should walk him down, I responded to the claim that Robert said Mikey would fight Broner the same way Maidana did. Maidana walked Broner down. I said this would not work to Mikey's favor and would be a terrible strategy.

Yea I ain't seen it either, @David_TheMan can you link it? I agree that'd be a poor strategy, when he can jab AB to death then start mixing in hooks up and downstairs.
I don't know if this is what the poster I responded to was refering to, but this is Robert saying MIkey is going to brawl with Broner and fight him like Maidana.

Broner is 5 and 1 in his last five. I feel he did not look that impressive vs Adrian Granados. Broner shows brilliant flash's of talent but he is not consistent. Being consistent is the difference between a pro athlete and a regular guy. I'm not saying Broner is not a pro because he still is elite fighter imo. I feel Broner might be at a turning point in his career. I want to see Broner win because I enjoy watching him fight.
I feel Mikey Garcia is a little more technical. I also feel that he is also getting more mainstream exposure fighting Broner. I can see the promotors trying to push Garcia's career with his record and all. Should be a good fight.
