Culture, art, us, we needed this. With all the shyt going on... This album just reminded me what was important... It's like dude is watching shyt like ferguson, the wars, thots, ISIS, death, despair, pain, everywhere etc...

D Angelo stepped in and just tried to bring a little love back in the atmosphere

I just copped itunes but I am copping the vinyl and CD... I have a feeling I'm going to remember this period in history in relation to my life, and this will be my soundtrack tht I remember.

I think this is one of those albums that you can play ten, twenty years from now and the lyrics will still be relevant, like a What's Goin On or Curtis Mayfields first album or Marley & Fela's shyt...i aint comparing D to them in no way lol...i'm just saying the themes from their era still strike in the people. To me, that's what music is really about.
