ABG's 10,000 KB/DB Swing/100 Mile Run November Challenge

Hi guys :smile: All in all it's been a great year for me in terms of fitness and diet. I lost some weight, toned up, and generally am just feeling healthier and more energetic :blessed: However, now that summer is over, my motivation is kind of waning, which is very bad since the holidays are right around the corner :sadcam: So, I thought the best thing to do to get back on track would be to do a challenge! I'm going to track my progress here everyday and see how I come out by the end of the month :lift: All my runs will be outdoors, and the swings will be a combination of my 30lb dumbbell and 24kg (~53lb) kettlebell. My 'before' stats are 162.2lbs, chest-36'', waist-29'', hips-39''. I'm going to track them cumulatively, so let's say I do 400 swings tomorrow, Day 2 would say 'Swings -800'.
Right now I'm using my 30lb dumbbell for the swings. My 24kg kettlebell should be here today:ohlawd:

Miles - 0

I'll try the 100 mile challenge, I didn't run Friday and Saturday but ran Sunday and Monday, so I'm at 8.5 miles so far. I'll probably only make it to 70 miles but I'll try.
