Hi guys All in all it's been a great year for me in terms of fitness and diet. I lost some weight, toned up, and generally am just feeling healthier and more energetic However, now that summer is over, my motivation is kind of waning, which is very bad since the holidays are right around the corner So, I thought the best thing to do to get back on track would be to do a challenge! I'm going to track my progress here everyday and see how I come out by the end of the month All my runs will be outdoors, and the swings will be a combination of my 30lb dumbbell and 24kg (~53lb) kettlebell. My 'before' stats are 162.2lbs, chest-36'', waist-29'', hips-39''. I'm going to track them cumulatively, so let's say I do 400 swings tomorrow, Day 2 would say 'Swings -800'.
Right now I'm using my 30lb dumbbell for the swings. My 24kg kettlebell should be here today
