Real, real bad. They are saying he is seen on neighborhood footage with the victim hours before the victim was found. Then destroying evidence such as the home security system & cell phone, having the house clean....looking real bad for Hernandez.

Almost sounds like it's over money & now dude's career may be ruined and he's going to prison.

the only way he really gets out of it is if he starts talking but he might of been the one to pull the trigger

the police are gonna start to round up his associates and squeeze them real tight to see which one makes the deal

nah they charging him with that cause they got to charge him with something to keep him from leaving the city / state / town...

until you are charged with something you are free to come and go as you please...now that he is charged the police can put restrictions on where he can be and what he can do even if they don't arrest him...

got a cousin who works in law enforcement and he tells me all the time that if they really think you did something bad, or even outright know you did something bad, they will charge you with some letter bullshyt just to get u in the courtroom and then show you the real evidence and the real charges they can ring you up on...that is how they get you to snitch...by saying "now we could charge u with xyz but you play ball we only charge you with x"
