A Patriot destroying video surveillance, though? :lupe:

Nah, but seriously - if this dude manages to survive this with his freedom intact, he'd better take a long hard look at his lifestyle and his "friends", and make some changes.

Sometimes, folks get into more trouble for the cover-up than they would if they had immediately admitted to the actual crime (esp'ly if their involvement in the crime was attenuated/tangential).

I hope his attorneys did not advise him to bust up the phone and home security system records/footage. Might cost their law licenses. (._. )

He did THAT dumb shyt before retaining anyone, I am sure.

If it had incriminating evidence on it how was it dumb? Unless he didn't properly destroy it....

These are some of the best attorney's money can buy in Boston, so they wouldn't be that stupid.

Plus, a client never admits guilt to a lawyer and a good lawyer will never ask questions that gets a client to admit guilt. A lawyer can not present evidence that he knows to be fake to the court. It's a slippery slope.

So ya, I agree. No way his lawyers told him to do any of that stuff. And breaking your phone? WTF.
