Massachusetts prosecutors filed paperwork on Thursday alleging that former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez openly discussed the slaying of Odin Lloyd in recorded phone calls he made while in prison.

"During those conversations, the defendant has discussed the following matters directly relevant to the circumstances surrounding the murder of Odin Lloyd; viz: the defendant's subjective belief about his criminal liability; his use of coded messages to communicate with persons outside of jail; related prior offenses; inculpatory denials of ownership of a vehicle connected with the investigation; the extent of his control over persons charged as accessories; other matters relating to his codefendants, including their whereabouts and likely criminal liability.''

A man who alleges he was shot in the face by former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez in Florida was shot again, this time outside a Connecticut nightclub, where he then opened fire, police said Monday.

Alexander Bradley was shot multiple times in the right thigh Sunday night outside the Vevo Lounge Bar & Grill in Hartford's South Meadows neighborhood and was taken to a hospital under police guard, police Lt. Brian Foley said. His condition wasn't released, but he's expected to survive.

Police haven't announced any arrests.

Aaron Hernandez ATTACKED another inmate at Bristol County Jail earlier today ... and we're told he beat the guy up pretty good ... sources tell TMZ Sports.

Sources tell us the former New England Patriots tight end -- who is usually segregated from the general population -- was allowed to take a walk in an isolated hallway ... but somehow came into contact with another inmate.

We're told Hernandez recognized the other inmate and launched into an attack -- beating the other man up pretty badly.

Sources tell us ... Hernandez and the other man had been beefing all day long. One source says the other guy had been harassing Aaron nonstop. Clearly, Hernandez was pissed.
