June 22, 2013, five days after the murder of Odin Lloyd, a security guard at another nightclub called police with a tip. He said Lloyd's shooting and the 2012 drive-by killings were related, and that he had learned this because a patron of his nightclub—where Hernandez and Lloyd had an argument two days before Lloyd's death—"accidentally spilled the beans in front of me."

I dont disagree with you, dude simply has too many bodies, but that video shyt all of a sudden is suspect as hell, A Hern lawyer will tear the DA a new a$$hole.......

If this video is true, all type of fukkery arises, one can ask how long the DA was privy to knowing this video existed all the while Hernandez a serial killer made millions and played football......

People have been convicted of homicide with far less evidence.

Hernandez has paper and them laywers, Im sure the DA aint as confident as you with witnesses dying, people recant their stories and such, with Hernandez murder game out on the big screen there for the world to see, you dont think there will be one jury member who saves him and dont vote guilty, not to mention all of the evidence is heresay and suspect as hell..........

The case is as good as 50/50 exactly why Hernandez can sit in court with his head held high, giving no fukks with the:smugfavre:

Ya, that's how they made the connection to Hernandez, but why wouldn't they have fished through surveillance evidence if a celeb wasn't involved?

Even if that footage is from the nightclub's cameras, with the negative backlash that comes from fights (and especially shootings) outside clubs downtown in the form of sanctions and liquor license revoking, I have a hard time believing nightclub owners are uncooperative with investigations. My money is on Boston Police not giving a fukk and only doing a cursory investigation.
