can't wait until AH gets acquitted and you start with the backpedalingI think the reason that a lot of you guys on here think Ahern is going to get off is because your only other exposure to the justice system has come in high profile cases like OJ.
This is not OJ. Circumstantial cases bring convictions EVERY DAY. Thousands of them a year. Some weaker than this. Some of ya'll need to pay better attention.
i doubt hernandez will be playing football anytime soon. even if they dont get him with murder 1, they can get him for 2nd degree murder, manslaughter, involuntary manlaughter, assault charges, in addition to the weapons charges. he could also be charged with the 2010 murders in boston which they've been speculating about for awhile
You do know he got charged with First Degree Murder and weapon charges, I dont know where u getting all them other charges from or maybe you're not familiar how this things work...
Maybe your not familiar with how the law in Massachusetts works. Its a lesser offense state
doggie the charge is Murder in the First degree with the gun charges or Bust, if he's found NOT guilty of MURDER IN THE FIRST DREGREE its done, theres no other 2nd degree murder, manslaughter, involuntary manlaughter, assault charges the jurors can find him guilty of, where are you getting this from?

I'm getting it from mass state law and the District Attorney, Samuel Sutter

sorry but that's just re-affirmation of what homie above said.
so basically if he is acquitted of murder one charges, he's necessarily acquitted of all other associated charges

Exactly lol, Murder one is everything rolled in one BUT they cant find him not guilty of First dgree and convict him of the lesser charges within the First degree Murder, so if he's found not guilty of murder 1, all the other charges are also included in the Not guilty verdict. They gonna get him on the gun charges tho.
