Let's ask our fellow Coli poster who is also Prosecuting this case along with the Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter, @Ayo whats going on with Your circumstancial-ass case and your issues with the Judge now? Oh also is this tweet for real?

Whats going on with your case? who's leaking erroneous info? I wanna know, because the press running with it as facts, as for the Judge It sounds like she won at getting under their skin enough to cause serious concern, why should we be so confident that the prosecutors can win their case when dealing with somebody who apparently is going to scrutinize everything they do? They probably know they can’t win without big help.

This whole case sounds like potentially a perfect future case study for law students to see a textbook example of a big case where everything went wrong at every stage of the entire process starting with the police interviews of which I have a hunch were incredibly botched.
...

Im pissed the Patriots went overboard with trying to distance themselves from him. i can understand about image but to give away his jerseys and cut him like that when he hasnt even been convicted was foolish

watch him get off and be ready to play again i wonder if the Patriots would ever take him back or if he would even come back

i doubt hernandez will be playing football anytime soon. even if they dont get him with murder 1, they can get him for 2nd degree murder, manslaughter, involuntary manlaughter, assault charges, in addition to the weapons charges. he could also be charged with the 2010 murders in boston which they've been speculating about for awhile

i got a feeling he would be black balled if he got off. Not having enough proof to convict wouldn't mean people in the league would think he is innocent. Based off all of the other stories he comes off like a loose canon who could potentially murder a teammate or do something else to put himself and or other people in jeopardy

if i was a qb on a team...i don't care how good someone is if they actually murdered people in cold blood there is no way i could celebrate and be a team mate to someone like that let alone throw to him on the field.

what do i know but IMO i doubt they can make the Boston double murders stick from what ive seen on TV and read. i feel they would have had him on those by now its been a minute. its not like Boston has 500 murders a year they have TONS of detectives on that case more than others.
