The Hernandez family wrote prison and investigating authorities begging them to crackdown and stop the "leaks and rumors".
If there wasn't any truth to these leaks why are they specifically pinning authorities as the source? Could it be that because there's only info they would know coming out? Otherwise why not call them unfounded (with no letter) and leave it at that? Or just blame it on the internet? Think logically.

Im not sure about a charge but I know even consensual sex is an infraction. It used to be anyway, back when my cousin was away.
