Nah... You have to trade it if you want to stay up to speed with the test of the division.
I would swap with Cleveland and see what they're talking about with Drummond.
They got the guard play and Wiggins can flourish as a third option but be a guy who can create his own shot. If I'm Kerr and Meyers I would shortly start to phase Draymond out and include Paschall more.
At that point, all you need is someone who can block shots and get you a bunch of rebounds.
So yeah... Either Drummond or at the very worst (which is only worst because he's not nearly as great a rebounder as Drummond but is on par as a shot blocker) Mitch Robinson. Only problem there is Knicks pick is way too low and they have no one else to offer that could sweetened the deal.

Drummond only got 1 year left on his deal. Can't say we have to stay up to speed when we haven't even seen Wiggins on the floor with Klay. We a 4th seed right now if healthy. Everything we need is what Wiseman does. Get a backup point guard and let's roll.
yea i been with your train of thought on Wiseman , let him be comfortable focusing on running the court/rebounding and pick and roll which is his game now. and let him upgrade his game naturally. i dont see many suitors wanting to trade for that pick at all.
Yeah but if you get a proven big you're top 3 seed. And there's only two proven bigs I would try and that's Drummond or Mitch.
And y'all have to stay up to speed with the rest of the division. You just paid Klay and you still got Steph for a whole bunch of money. You stay content with that pick, you're wasting that money for a second season.
I don't see y'all holding on to that pick.

Cavs got Drummond for a second round pick bruh...if we trade a potential Bosh/AD type talent for that and a regular guy I'm gonna be pissed and I like Drummond...If Wiseman's floor is Drummond I'd be happy but the difference is Wiseman is much cheaper and much younger.
We not giving up the guy that's going to be our next star for a non-allstar.
Unless they can get a proven star I don’t think the warriors trade the pick. Covid hit their pockets pretty hard especially with this being the first season of the new arena. I don’t think they take on the salary cap burden unless it’s for an all star.
So then the expectation should be for Wiseman to come in and immediately contribute.
Remember you just re-signed Klay and your still got Steph on the hook for 40 mil a year or some shyt.
Warriors don't have time to develop. They have to win. Otherwise management just gave away money.

Embiid would actually be nice. And as much as people want to see Simmons and Embiid work, they just can't.
We're in year four or five, Simmons is never going to learn how to shoot.

Put it this way my brother. I've seen 3 Warriors championships and 5 finals appearances in my lifetime. I've seen a Warrior win 2 MVP's. I've never seen a Warrior center play in the allstar game as @CSquare43 has seen me post about this for at least the last 10 years on SOHH and on here. 7'1 phenoms with Wiseman's athleticism aren't easy to come by so when you do you better take them. I don't intend on us drafting this high again for awhile after that Minny pick next year...we can trade that pick but not this one.
