I don’t believe Draymond is overrated( the only guy to figure out the capela pnr) as most ppl on this board but it definitely surprises when he’s still considered a core member aka untouchable part of the warriors brass. I wouldnt just trade him for anything but if there’s a chance to upgrade the roster and he’s the piece holding up the deal, I don’t get it.
Only person to trade Draymond for that can do everything Draymond does and better and can easily fit right into the offense is Lebron
2019 Looney’s work on Capela in the playoffs was amazing.

Not trying to hear this from them. They had avenues to improve the team. At first they tried to straddle the fence between developing Wiseman and winning. They disrespected Steph this year.

Moved Oubre for either Lonzo or Danny Green. Could’ve signed vets who were just out there like Austin Rivers, Dedmon or GR3 instead of trotting out guys like Mulder and Mannion. There were avenues to improve the team and they didn’t make any.
The oubre trade I would agree with.. assuming either of those 2 were available. What were they going to sign rivers with? What would they have to pay GR3 and/or Dedmon and how much better do those 2 make you. I just don't see major upgrades in these cases that take them beyond where they ended up. To say that's disrespectful to Steph is ridiculous.
Rivers was signing ten day deals and GR3 was just sitting around the last month or so of the season. Those guys aren’t getting more than the min. Instead they chose to waste roster spots on Mannion, Smiley and Mulder.
He’ll realize how great Steph is when he leavessheesh even Myers doesn't know how Great Steph is. No wonder he surrounded him by G league talent.
How much better are they making the Warriors though? It's easy to say they need to sign these guys, but when they are on the team, what improvement are we seeing. Its not like Mannion, smiley and Mulder were playing a ton down the stretch. I don't think signing dedmon, GR3 and Rivers is showing any more respect to Steph than not signing them.
