Dumb way of thinking.
Rodgers would have been in the same position as Smith.
His growth would be stunted under Nolan, Singletary and the revolving door of OC's. He never would have been able to sit for years, learn the game slowly and walk into a star studded offense.
Keep that 6th grade football talk out of here.
Wow, a thread made over a week early. I must say I'm shocked!
Will be a good test to see where this squad is cuz we looked unspectacular in the preseason.
Carr held on to the ball way too long, had offensive lineman screaming at him to throw that shyt.
Carr just wasn't built for the pro league, same way smith is not.. Smith is better then Carr though.
Look at the league.. Every rookie gets thrown out there and the good ones produce, either u got it or you don't.. Rodgers has it, Alex don't... But you already knew that.
I'm pretty sure he will. You know he moved to SS right? He should be (better be, really) shadowing Davis most of the game.
I can see him maybe helping out from ss but if hes on davis most of the game....then you will have problems stopping dat runI'm pretty sure he will. You know he moved to SS right? He should be (better be, really) shadowing Davis most of the game.
Whats funny is, in the run to the SB in 2010, we was getting INTs in every game including the 4 postseason games
But then again we could stop people
Last year, the 15-1 record was more of us being ahead in nearly every game and the games being done by the 4th quarter
If Rodgers gets protection, we'll win. If he gets sacked multiple times against the 49ers we'll lose as I don't trust the defense with all of the new inexperienced players.
The Giants were able to force turnovers and score off them in the playoffs, the Packers under McCarthy do not turn the ball over and his record speaks for itself.
My fear is Rodgers tries to do too much this season and start throwing INTs like his predecessor
