Versus someone you genuinely want to be with the rest of your life, divorce is hard, it hurts, it is a part of life. Doesn’t make it “the same” or easy on either end. But can have more peace usually and formality than the former instead of “bytch just wanted my money after all this time!” Courts or no, back and forth over a human life that will grow up in it.

If someone only likes genitals but not the person or were drinking and having fun without those talks-this is unfair to create permanence on either side, as it does instill a likelihood of hard feelings, hardship and undue stress.
