reading through his facebook, he somewhat revealed his scheme, I don't know if it was the one he was using in the 90s, but he was definitely using it in the 2000s+, basically he would tell women that he could use his connections in the music industry and get them some sort of stardom or his other method was he'd do concert ticket giveaways and exchange it for sex. Some of the pictures of the women he was with would have tickets in their hands. The rest of it was probably just straight up paying them and/or women just giving up the drawls cause they were enamored with the fact he was white. You get that vibe when you read through the comments on a lot of his pictures.
