Per the 2K games leak this morning:

New Firaxis Game - New turn-based action game using Marvel property. Source described it as "XCOM with Marvel heroes". Seems like some famous actors are voicing the characters.

I remember the x com creator saying he was highly inspired by Mario rabbids and that he would be incorporating a lot of the same traversal mechanics (sliding, jumping, teleportation via pipes) into his next game

I wonder if this is gonna remain a shooter or have a good amount of melee. I think that greatly changes the line up of characters. X-men would make more sense then avengers....so many pew pew shooty x-men
