Why does he think he needs millions of dollars to educate kids anyway? The Black Panthers created the Oakland Community School, which was a day school that provided black children with food for their stomachs and a relevant education for their minds. And they damn sure didn't have millions of dollars in resources.
If he was serious about educating our children there are lots of ways he could go about doing it don't require him to raise millions of dollars before he takes action.
