A lot Black Artists, mainly the Neo Soul, early Shea Butter crew used to be heavy in Fort Greene in the 90s/early 2000s. Lowkey they helped usher in Gentrification in Ft Greene.

Yea true east coast tends to attract the neo souls. Lots of them live in Philly and DC too

idk my experience is different. I see a lot of black folks by the Barclay. It’s definitely way more whiter but nikkas are all over also

Alot of hands touch a transaction like that (Lawyers offices, real estate agents, appraisers, inspectors, title co., might have a loan involved/mortgage broker, bankers, underwriters, contractors, etc.) and I am sure certain outlets already have their connects for that type of info in a major city like Nyc
