I don't know why this is so unbelievable. Reminds me of a local story about 2 years ago where a cop pulled someone over just so he could run her tags to use the info to look her up on Facebook and shoot his shot.

I've had chicks tell me cops have let them slide from getting DUIs by the cops asking for their phone numbers.
