I've heard of several cops who pull women over to get numbers or even say they'll forgive DUIs for the phone number.

It's not so much that this couldn't happen it's more so the stark dichotomy in language she uses to describe her experience.

"I am pretty" and "have a nice day" - phrases that are positive, light, and airy she interprets as "predatorial" a very dark thing.

What is being questioned is if this interpretation would be the same if it 1) occured in a different socio-political climate or 2) if the officer looked like Morris Chestnut.
