I mean I try to treat people as individuals. I don't walk up to white people and assume they hate me or look down on me because I have brown skin and even if it's proven that they do I don't take that as a representation of all or even the majority of them.

People are individuals but white people in western societies, by far and at large benefit from white supremacy and its systems with no proactive care about what said systems do to non white people or willingness to destroy said systems.
