If you add more people via registration without taking all of this into account....it's going to be a clusterfukk.

You're right. We need more active mods that can ban trolls and bigots.

I really like the LGBT and travel forum ideas. The LGBT forum will need to be moderated heavily if open registrations are live. Heck, the majority of TLR post homophobic/trans phishing enough to need it to be heavily moderated.

An idea from another forum is not just have 100 posts, but to have x amount of daps. As someone said you can shyt post to 100 posts but if you need 50 caps, then you can’t make a thread.

Glad he's updating site and opening registration. Years overdue...

People on here shyt on LSA but they are a great template for site configuration. We need a Parenting Forum, a Travel Forum, an LGBT Forum (because many black people and many people who have black interests that would gravitate to our site are LGBT, and we gotta respect that), we need to expand and diversify a Financial/Crypto/Investing Forum, update a Music Forum where hip hop isn't the only genre discussed, a Car Forum, a Lifestyle Forum that provides space to promotes non-traditional lifestyles, an expanded and updated Education Forum, etc etc etc...

Keep this site black for sure, in the sense that TLR and hip-hop discourse should promote the fullness of the black experience, sute should be understoid to be a safe pro-black atmosphere where anti-black agendas arent welcome. But we gotta tone down the militancy, there are people who aren't black who deserve to chill with us as we allow so many of them to do in our real lives...

Basically too much about the site as I'd doesn't reflect the real and full black experience. Obviously with updates we need more mods and admins, 100% need that. But we gotta understand in the real world black folk aren't monolithic, those who can't civilly disagree gotta get the axe, no matter what the topic is. Gay bashing gotta stop, in the real world many of us have gay family and/or friends and you don't shyt on them just because you aren't gay yourself...

And you definitely can't gay bash at your place of employment...

Keep this shyt pro-black but be selective with your mods, and make sure we're ready with enough of them when you open the doors!
