Here are my suggestions -

1. Add users
2. Add mods
3. Fix all site issues
4. Add site features
5. Increase social media footprint

Lastly, consider giving blanket pardons to all banned posters with the exception of the racists. Too many characters that made this place what it is have been purged over the years. Let bygones be bygones.

He could make Houston an administrator with less permissions. That way Houston could add mods or if necessary, remove mods, add smileys and do other minor forum/sub-forum changes while Brooklyn takes care of his personal stuff. Then Brook can do the big stuff.
