You make a good point. First off, I doubt you have to be worried about getting a meeting with him. There's no one he denies that considering Uncle Dennis prefers us. I dont think Kawhi wants drama but I do think Kawhi wants to win. People seem to act like he just wants to be in LA and in a quiet situation. The Clips aint winning no fukking title unless they get Kawhi and KD. Kawhi/AD has a shot. But there's no word KD going to the Clips and is there a trade the Clips can make for AD? Why would Kawhi sign there by himself? Kawhi works so hard on his game it's cuz he's hungry for more rings. Teaming with Bron gives him a shot. Bron comes back healthy next year he's still gonna be a top 3-7ish player in the league. Going to the Clips by himself would be a waste but obviously if Clips manage to get another max guy that changes things

Looking back, letting Caruso play backup over Rondo and a different training staff, it could have been Lakers-Warriors in the WCF.
Kawhi makes this team better on paper, but it would be another season of gelling.
