It's not an organization thing, it was a Luke Walton thing. His entire coaching staff was pure shyt, not one of his beach volleyball buddies had the knowledge to devellop guys. A great coaching staff is that big of a deal. Notice how the coaching staff at our g league team got them to devellop and play the right way?

LG is trash man. what annoys me most is how they condense everything into these official threads. all things lebron related? one big thread. they even have an official thread for javale mcgee out this mothafukka, like damn are they that anal about new threads? just let people post what they want with respect to the fact that there's gonna be similar themes & subject matter

He may deserve a job... but I'm totally against hiring a coach just because he's buddy buddy with lebron...

I think Monty Williams is the right choice, but we still need to move Lebron because there will never be any trust between him and the rest of the team again after last season.
