Even if they could they wouldn't. Owners love the lifestyle of owning an NBA team. It gives them all sorts of clout and profit. If you own a team you shouldnt sell it unless you're going broke or forced out on some sterling shyt.

People mention the Buss family selling the team.....but y'all got too remember AEG has first right of refusal and WILL buy the team if given there chance. No reason for us to believe Philipp Anchuetz would give a shyt about the team other than the bottom line if he was the owner.
