The last thing we need is another inexperienced GM. Dead all that Jerry West talk. Dude is 80 years old.

Ryan West has been with the team for long enough, he has good experience. If we don't hire him, some other team will eventually. Jerry West at 80 just turned the Clips and put them in the best position. He is also a FA this summer, so should be easy to get him back.

We can hire David Griffin, I am not sure who else is available that would be better than Ryan with Jerry mentoring him. Having Jerry West in the meetings for our biggest summer would be HUGE.
