We're basically going to miss the playoffs because Zo got hurt, but the narrative will be so different :wow:

If LA misses the playoffs it will be for a number of reasons:

Lebron missed games
Lonzo missed games
Ingram missed games
Rondo missed games at the same time Lebron and Ingram missed games
Magic traded Zubac. So LA didn't have his services for most of the games that Lonzo missed
Poor shooting
Poor defense
Poor Coaching
Poorly constructed roster
Etc.

LA has a poorly constructed roster but that's no excuse for Walton's poor lineups and rotations.

:mjlol: Of course Ayton went off on y'all nikkas been getting killed by every center from Ayton to Cheikh Diallo

JaVale makes no sense dude has been a 10-15 minute guy that last like 5 seasons. He's known to be asthmatic. Also he's a shot blocker not a true rim protector that deters opponents %'s at the rim.

And then y'all picked up Tyson Chandler who is beyond washed.

And these idiots still not using their OPEN roster spot to bring in a big.

Yo i was listening to Gilbert Arenas Podcast and he said if you playing to good the organization will bench without bench tou. Like You'll stop getting the ball in key moments cuz if you perform in those moments your value/paycheck goes up. If they wanna keep you cheap they do shyt like that. Thats why he always did him. He said they do the same shyt to Vets who can still play (Melo) cuz they want the league to look and be in a certain pocket. Might be whats going on wit Kuz going back to that one time he didnt pass to Lebron. Every since thing seem its been beef. Just a theory outside all the usual crying and psychotic takes:yeshrug:

LA IMO should go with this lineup:

G-Rondo
G-Bullock
C-Rotate based on the opponent (Muscala,McGee.Chandler)
F-Lebron
F-Ingram
6-Kuzma

Sub Kuzma in for Ingram/Lebron at the at the 4-minute mark of the 1st quarter. Then have Ingram/Lebron sub in for one another at the start of the 2nd quarter.

nah, we were trending up and figuring out our way without Bron with Zo.....remember we did not have a losing record without Bron when all 3 young guys played.....if Zo stays healthy then we keep trending up and Bron comes back and we keep rolling. His injury really fukked everything up. I understand why y'all tryna deflect tho. When Bron got hurt it was "OMG LOOK AT THEIR RECORD WITHOUT BRON :damn:" but now that our record is even worse without Zo people wanna be like "oh well well there's so many other reasons" :heh:. You mentioned poor defense and thats all due to Zo's absence evidently

u are right the team is poorly constructed but Bron and the young guys all healthy are good enough to grab at least a 6th-8th seed.

LA was losing home games to the Cavs and Knicks without Lebron. and blowing double-digit 4th quarter leads at home to the LAC and OKC....The Lakers had their share of shytty losses without Lebron.

yeah and they followed up the Cavs lost by winning 2 straight, one of those against OKC, and were about to beat HOU till Zo went down. Like I said, trending upward and figuring things out. We haven't won 2 straight games since. We've lost to more than two shytty teams since Bron has come back and we're supposed to be in playoff activated mode now. But we can't get to that mode because someones missing, and it's hurting us worse than when Bron was missing :sas1: but the outrage is different :sas2:

Even though Luke gets blame with his rotations and lineups, Lakers still be lacking energy and hustle :francis:

Yeah, you heard everyone talking about 6-12 without Bron

but no one mentioning the 5-11 without Zo :sas2:
nikkas really don't wanting to giv Zo his props and it's disgusting. They look at his bucket getting game and not his point guard game. Main reason why I was so against that damn trade for AD

Bone bruises take like 2 months to heal. Zo might come back at the end of March if still in the Lakers are still in the hunt.

I'll say this about Zo, he's a skinny 6'6 guy who has weak looking ankle and knee joints, it would do well for him to stabilize his lower body over the summer to avoid these injuries.

nikka ZO finna be an Orlando Magic next year :mjlol:

Only positive is Ingram's progression and the fact that he and LeBron have legit chemistry out there. He and B.I. are QB and WR out there. B.I. if he continues this should be untouchable.

Kuz made some strides as a defender and passer earlier in the season but reverted as the season has gone on. We know he can get buckets. His three point shooting this season was a massive disappointment him shooting like he did last year would make a difference.

Zo looks like an All-NBA defender, still inconsistent in motor from game to game, improved his %'s across the board, still streaky from three with not much of a midrange game, can't finish around the rim or shoot FT's, I think the post is an area of development for him he's not bad when he bully balls and establishes deep position. With shoulder, knee, ankle, hamstring injuries and less than 100 games played in two seasons y'all gotta be concerned with his durability going forward. He needs to get stronger and work on all aspects of offense in the offseason.

Hart's been a brick for a long time now like Kuzma he just didn't shoot like he did last season but he's been battling knee tendinitis all season. His isolation defense is trash off-ball he can really plug holes and defends PF's. We didn't really see the fearless slashing/cutting Hart that shot 40% from 3 last year.

All these vets need to :camby: except maybe Lance or McGee (needs to be a back up though). Get actual compatible pieces this year and not names, Magic Johnson loves names.

Should Bron be shut down once y'all are eliminated? Paul Pierce thinks so. :jbhmm:

Continue to pursue AD? I think Kyrie is a REAL possibility.
