Well i mean, Lebron has never been a real leader I thought nikkas knew this.At least Kobe was a real leader and vet to the young guys. No subs or anything. Called out the team directly and himself at times. Tried to look for ways to win with whatever he had.
Kobe even tried to do some assistant coaching when he was injured to develop the young guys more
