$25? He's trolling. A lineup, shave and cut is like $18 for adults at my shop. Kids are $12 and they even have Mon-Wed early bird specials where all cuts with everything are $10 flat before noon. My old barber before I moved used to charge me kid prices at $12 a cut for all that because I had been using him for years. He's either a troll or cutting like 2 heads a day. The barber college near my old house would charge $2 for a cut and wash.
