Me either. Last time I saw him he still looked like he could whoop somebody’s assA living legend, I ain't even know he was sick
Good shyt breh. That last sentence is the most improtant, I tell my mom if there something financially she's unsure of or doesn't understand, CALL me. Not only are there the scammers in "real life" we gotta deal with,it's the phone/internet scammers too smhBreh it took everything in my soul not to fukk up this guy for fukking over my grandparents after a major flood from a hurricane in Houston some years ago. Within 1 minute of looking at the agreed quote I notice dude wrote the quote deliberately not to include the price for restoring the house after the removal of all damaged sheetrock and base molding. He told them it would cost an additional 25-30k to restore their house. My granny called me crying. They gave him all the money upfront. I immediately drove to Houston and met the contractor. Mind you, I work with contractors all the time for my job. I started spitting the contractor lingo and dude was in panic mode. I told him, your service here is done. He says we'll they still owe me. I told him, Naw they don't owe you another dime, you're done here.
After that, I told my grandparents to never meet with contractors without our knowledge.

Happens way more than people knowYou’re a piece of shyt if you stoop low enough to exploit the elderly.

THIS IS A SCAM: I made a donation just to share with people that this is a SCAM. Per TMZ: We spoke with John, who tells us the details laid out by Shannon are a lie ... no one is abusing him and he hasn't been fighting for his life. He says he's got no idea as to why Shannon may have started the GoFundMe. As for the hospitalization, John's rep, Belinda Foster, tells us he's been in the hospital because his lower body was filling with fluid, all the way to his abdomen, and causing issues with his heart. Foster says doctors have been able to drain all of it, and John's recently started to feel 100
Care & Support for John Amos "America's Dad"
In November of last year, my dad and I created a video together—a cherished moment forever etched in my heart. Little did I know that our lives would soon take a devastating turn. On May 14th of this year, I received a distressing call from my dad, who was hospitalized far away in Memphis, Tennessee.
Though I was out of the country, we managed a brief FaceTime conversation before his pain became too unbearable. Desperate, I reached out to a family friend, who flew to Memphis while I prepared to join them. What we found shattered our world: my dad fighting for his life in the ICU.
During the following weeks, my family and I unraveled a horrifying truth—my dad had fallen victim to elder abuse and financial exploitation. Determined to seek justice, we a are working closely with the Colorado Bureau of Investigations and the local Sheriff's Department in my father's home state.
To catch and prosecute the alleged perpetrators, we now require legal assistance, hoping they face the full weight of the law. Meanwhile, our priority remains my father's medical needs and providing him a safe haven. His home had been violated, stripped of anything valuable.
The cruelty inflicted upon my dad leaves me questioning what kind of human could commit such acts. Yet, we hold onto hope that justice will prevail. Every penny raised will be entrusted to a special fund for my father, dedicated solely to his care, legal fees, and aftercare.
John, affectionately known as "America's Dad," has unfortunately fallen victim to elder abuse and fiduciary exploitation, and we are in immediate need of resources to cover his legal expenses, long-term care, ongoing medical treatment, and the costs associated with his recent hospitalization in another state away from home.
The combination of his current hospitalization, unstable housing situation, and health challenges indicates a daunting road to recovery ahead. Additionally, family members are required to travel and stay near the hospital to ensure his well-being. Your support is crucial in helping us provide the necessary care and support for John during this challenging time.
