Because if you do you'd understand that harassment or discrimination can be ANYTHING.
If you look at a female co-worker for longer than 10 seconds, that could be considered harassment, it doesn't even have to be in a sexual nature, if the co-worker in question feels threatened or uncomfortable, you violated them.
You can be having lunch in the cafeteria and even if you guys are all joking around and shyt, if you say something like "I mean shyt Stacy you know what I'm talking about...I mean you got a applebottom so you know dudes are thirst".
Yeah...she can say she felt sexually harrassed by a co-worker and that it's affecting her work and BAM you're fired. It doesn't have to be some shyt like on TV where a dude is threatening to fire a broad cause she won't go out with him, it can be even smaller than that.
