i meant the last superman origin before man of steel. you actin like we're overloaded with origin films

we are. not whole films in general but chunks of film dedicated to shyt thats damn near common knowledge. We talking characters older than some people grand parents

I think most comic book fans are actually somewhat reasonable. For instance, they could have made X-Men First Class closer to the origin and sold just as many tickets. No need to have Havoc in there when you couldve had his brother.
That literally would not have altered any ticket sales.

Remember, sometimes they use a character because they can't use who they originally want ... or they want to expose people to other more interesting heroes..
