so if stats say Herbert is 2nd with 14 career GW or tying drives how is he trash in these situations?
or is the numbers lying somewhere. or folks in the thread running with false narratives?

It’s because he’s a white guy regarded as a young talent who hasn’t won anything yet so people think the answer is to be as harsh on him as white people have been to Lamar.

I have no idea how their coach kept his job after that playoff disaster in Jacksonville
On paper upgrading the OC made sense but you can tell the entire operation just needs a hard reset. Already this season they've lost a shootout, a defensive struggle, an OT game and both of their wins were like pulling teeth.

Herbert deserves his blame because that tier of QB is supposed to be the solution and navigate your team to Ws through turbulence, but they just stink at so many things a good coaching staff would have buttoned up.

No he wasn’t. The difference between the two is that Herbert is young and rarely makes game losing mistakes. Most of his problems come with finishing drives in the red zone. That can be fixed.
I'll say Herbert has higher potential and can do things Rivers can't.

However, Prime Rivers played QB as a whole much better.

You just can't miss some of the throws Herbert has. Those are big plays.

But these idiots are blaming that on Herbert who admittedly had his worse game of the year. I can see why people hate Cowboys fans and this dude @duckbutta who clearly had his girl fukked by Herbert with his obsession.
Don't get mad at me cause you paying your QB the gdp of a 3rd world country to wildly miss wide open touchdowns :mjlol:

And my wife is 40 yards downfield from Herbert wide open...so aint no way he would ever touch her :mjlol:

It's a cool stat without context
For instance Zach Wilson had a 4th Quarter comeback game winning drive against the eagles yesterday and it consisted of him handing the ball off to Breece Hall after an interception was returned deep into Eagles territory

He just threw a game ending interception while missing wide open dudes all game though :dwillhuh:
