Those organizations are usually full to the brim and underfunded, especially for someone with 3 kids.

Plus she still has to go to work, her kids still have to go to school. The only way to not be at risk is to completely disappear, and that’s going to be difficult considering they were legally married meaning he has rights concerning the children and can still easily find out where they go to school ect.

Without help from the law/police and a lot of money, a “quick escape” is virtually impossible for a woman with 3 kids that is legally married to her abuser.
No if u leaving the situation u not going to work and kids not going to school

If your life is in danger and possibly your kids too
Quick escape is the only option Gtfoh

Because unfortunately we can’t trust these states to take peoples lives without bias and without fukking it it up and killing someone innocent. And guess who’s disproportionately impacted by executions of wrongfully accused in this country…

I wouldn’t be mad if this MF got executed assuming the case against him is solid but I would not invest that power in the state of New York to get it right consistently with peoples lives in their hands

I grant bias. But what if we required video evidence AND DNA to remove all doubt. Would you oppose the death penalty because it would undoubtedly and unfortunately be applied unequally in America?

So who’s paying the bills? Where are they going with no money?

And for how long are the kids not going to school? 1 week, a month, a year? Now she has a warrant for her arrest for truancy and kidnapping if the father wants to pursue it.

On top of that, you’re still not addressing the actual problem. Your abuser, he can always be right around the corner because he has legal rights and the law at his side.

First off RIP

2nd

Law enforcement and the courts are not shyt at all.. you can go complain about domestic abuse and they’ll tell u to get a fukking restraining order and even then laugh it off and tell u to provide more evidence even when u have bruises all over you..

U have to stay strapped and even if u killed your partner u could be facing jail time

This nikka should be shot and tossed in Niagara Falls

The disdain Law Enforcement has for Women will always go unchecked. When it comes to Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, the Police continue to fail to take their claims seriously, even with video or physical evidence.

Her own family didn't take her serious. R.I.P. :mjcry:

The POS needs a slow and painful death.

The biggest perpetrators of domestic violence are cops.

Or the police could have done their job and protected her. But please continue to place all the onus on the victim despite you being unable to come up with a realistic “quick escape” plan yourself. Let alone a woman with 3 kids to feed.

Damn the coli is full of some illiterate fools. Nobody is to blame for what happened except the fakkit who did it!

All I said is that in a DV situation, exposing the perp to public shame is very dangerous. No DV expert would disagree with what I said. Your only focus should be on escaping from him/her.

I can kinda can confirm this,,, my relative was kill by a bytch as dude in 2013,,

Facebook didnt help the situation,, these bytch as dudes also like to catch the women in or around their vehicle,,

If by that you mean she should have killed that nikka then I agree.

I laid out all the reasons why your “quick escape” plan is not feasible for a woman in her situation, but you’re obviously an idiot and can’t think past the surface. I see that I wasted my time.

She definitely should have.she should have purchased a gun and shot that nikka dead next time he tried to put his hands on her.

But I guess your plan of her jumping on her magic carpet with her 3 kids and flying to narnia is the better suggestion. :mjlol:
