I think a lot of us here wanted to believe that Frank at the 2 was a just a temporary thing, but after they traded for Mudiay it was hard not to suspect the Knicks had no faith in Frank. With that said, Young in NY just screams disaster, breh low key needs a lot of development himself. If they take Sexton I'll be okay with it.
Mudiay is doodoo, Frank is already a better defender n lately has looked better on offense. Mudiay might not even be in the league in 2 years :pacspit:

If they trade frank for some bullshyt draft pick this offseason I might be done with this franchise.

Not because I think frank’s gonna be some franchise type superstar. But because we’re not giving this kid no room or time to develop.

Knicks management are basically telling these players and the fans that we expect our draft picks to be all star level players immediately or we will trade you. This shytty franchise is no position to dictate who is a great player and who is not.

Fizdale is the obvious top choice anybody with a brain would be clamoring for.

But you know SAS gotta shill for his man, another fake christian Queens conman. shyt is mad frustrating.

Only thing I hope is that being that this is NY and MSG is a high profile type of place, all that anti-homosexual christian rhetoric Mark Jackson is on prevents him from getting his foot in the door.

Why the personal attack on Mark & his faith :what:

Did yall feel the same way when Charlie Ward was here, or do yall feel the same towards Allan Houston or Trey Burke since they're both born again Christians?

And all of this Frank love, maybe, just maybe, the front office doesn't see what they expected from him. Dude is looking like he'll be a rotational journeyman of a player.

Get rid of a 6'7 point guard to draft a 6'2 guard that would be a bigger gamble than Frank brehs :snoop:

If they're playing him at the 2 to show his versatility to other teams then they're just devaluing him, but it's the Knicks so it doesn't surprise me :heh:

Perry/Mills trying to get their guys theory makes sense but their guys are just a 4 year older versions of Frank that play worse defense :pachaha:First they tried to get Elfrid Payton and then they got Mudiay. Both can't make a jumpshot to save their lives.

The fact that Trey-I is not starting over Mudiay is a travesty.

I forgot all about Baker.

He's injured, dislocated right shoulder and a torn labrum in the same shoulder.

If he wasn't hurt, Dotson would never see a minute of floor time even in garbage time and Frank would be getting even less minutes than he is now :beli:

No he’s not bad at all. Impatient ass Knicks fans/pundits don’t give him a fair shot. If they don’t see results within the first 3 months then they throw you in the bushes. That why this organization won’t ever be shyt and will be left livin in the 90s. That’s all these idiots dream about.... “I want the tough gritty Knicks back that made the finals in 94”:mjlol::snoop:

It’s 2018 muthafukka :what:

Oddly enough, due to his defensive capabilities, Frank is exactly the type of player that once developed can bring back those nitty gritty 90s feels :ahh:

It's really a shame that he hasn't been given a fair shot; the guy is younger than most of the incoming draft class of 2018! :francis:

As a black man, i feel so conflicted cause i don’t know how much of all the shut about him is true. I want to see him succeed but i can’t afford another train wreck. If just half the shyt we’ve read is true, i don’t want him.

Feel exactly the same way.

I hope Mark gets another chance in the league, just not with us (if even half the stories are true) :whoa:

I could see him as a good fit in Memphis or Orlando. At least with the Magic, there's one player on the roster that shares his degree of religiosity (Jonathan Isaac's Sermon that NONE of his teammates showed up to | Mike Bianchi's Open Mike With Brandon Kravitz | FM 96.9 The Game)

Phoenix and Milwaukee could also be good fits for Mark. Teams with solid young cores that he can help develop to bring them back to respectability (PHO) or in Milwaukee's case help be a serious contender (the Bucks have really underachieved this season). Combine that with a conservative fan base where the spotlight isn't so hot or bright due to location, he could probably do really well in any of these places.

I can’t believe they’ve just given up on the kid without even giving him a fair shake. Am i missing something? Is he THAT BAD... we all see the potential. If this was next season and there was NO improvement and they were thinking about giving up on him than i can at least understand that but come on...

EXACTLY, especially the bolded.

& THIS.

It also continues a disturbing trend that I thought Knicks brass was done with when they cut ties with Phil's idiotic, comatose ass.

Devaluing their assets before dealing them thus ruining any chance of getting comparatively fair value in return.

We saw this with Willy.

Dotson will be a casualty of this come summer time.

Now Frank.

shyt is mind boggling :mindblown: Not only have they not given him a fair chance, but they've devalued him in the process :why:. Why trade/give up on a player at their lowest value point? :what:Why not play these guys major minutes, especially Frank, see what you have, and then decide to cut ties if you don't think he fits? :dwillhuh:

This extended look they givin to Mudiay is the exact approach they should be taking with Frank...but for whatever reason it seems like mgmt and the coaching staff have already given up on him......wtf :dahell:

Nah :hubie:

No thanks :whoa::hubie:

He can come thru to replace Ron Baker on the depth chart tho :pachaha:
Not sure why son is so hated and disrespected.

Efficient high volume three point shooter, one of the quickest first steps and best crossovers, can run P&R and play both guard spots, solid on-ball defender. And lastly dude is tough as nails and got that dog in him. He’s a pedigree player.

He’s 19 and still growing, he’s nowhere near where he needs to be physically and his height is increasing. We could be looking at a 6’7 guard with a 7’2 wingspan.

He’s the top P&R defender among guards and one of the best on-ball defenders he has games with 6 steals. Again kid is 19 give him time. He’s young and p*ssy offensively it infuriates me too but he’s literally a teenager.

I must be living in a different reality than y'all.

Clearly Ntilikina is not being givent he keys to the City like KP during his rookie year but to say he is being taken out to pasture or the writing is on the wall regarding his days as a Knick is ridiculous.

Could it happen? Yes.

But, I think Frank is a player that people are taking a wait and see approach to - which is exactly what you're supposed to do with a project.

Couldn't have said it any better.

Brehs seem to not be able to prevent their hatred of the organization from leaking into unfair criticism of a 19 year old kid playing in the NBA.

Spooky...
